PEX-AL-PEX Composite Pipe Extrusion Line

  • 1. Material: PE, PE-RT, PE-X, Aluminum belt, Hot melt glue.
    2. Technical process: Overlap welding and Butt welding for choice.

  • The outer plastic-glue and inner plastic-glue adapts two steps co-extrusion technology, improves the plastic-aluminum adhesion quality, and make it much easier to adjust and start the production, as well as different size shift.
    Inline air pressure testing device tests if the welding strength qualified.
    It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
